BELMONT, CA — A carwash/gas station/food mart multi-profit center has been proposed and the plans of which will be presented at a Dec. 17 Planning Commission Meeting, according to a BelmontPatch report.
The Nov. 19 story said a demolition on the property will need to take place first, then, if granted permission by the city, reconstruction will also need to take place.
The proposal calls for a single-story 1,980-square-foot food mart, a 1,520-square-foot full-serve carwash, and a 3,870-square-foot fueling canopy area.
