MIDVALE, UT — Out of 60 entries, the Rocket Express Car Wash received the "Most Outstanding Project of 2013" award by Utah Construction and Design magazine, according to KMVT-TV.
The Oct. 31 story said designed by architect Josh Howa of Howa Design in Boise, ID, the carwash has a circular tunnel.
Co-owner Janet Russell said the tunnel is "supposed to reflect the rocket, like a rocket launching. That's quite unique compared to a standard carwash. That circle is Josh Howa's design."
