Construction begins on $5 million dealership/carwash

WILLMAR, MN — Earth work and utility installation is underway, and a building permit should be approved for spring.

Wash clears final hurdle before construction

Initial estimates show the dealership will cost more than $5 million to build, and city officials anticipate that the construction will begin in the spring after a building permit has been issued. A building permit is not required for utility work.
