COACHELLA, Calif. — Construction is underway for a $10.1 million commercial development in Coachella, according to KESQ.
The development is projected to generate 67 jobs once opened, stated the article, and an estimated 125 jobs will be created during the construction phase.
The Coachella development will feature a carwash, ARCO gas station, Subway restaurant, convenience store and Burger King, reported the article.
Representatives from developer Chandi Group, members of the city council and the mayor attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the development on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 11 a.m., noted the article.
