Controversial Super Bowl ad gets 5.3 million views

The Mercedes-Benz commercial features model Kate Upton washing a car by hand and has been criticized by the Parents Television Council.

As much as everyone enjoys the actual football game, a lot of attention goes to the commercials that air, and this year, one ad featuring at-home carwashing is already stirring up some attention.

The Mercedes-Benz ad, featuring model Kate Upton and a car being washed by hand, is set to air during the Feb. 3 game in which the San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens. As of today, the ad, which can be view here on YouTube has already gotten 5,264,986 views.

We here at PC&D have always spoken out about the problems with at-home carwashing, so it's not upsetting that now there are rumors going around that the ad may be pulled due to complaints by the Parents Television Council, according to CBSNews.
