INDIANAPOLIS — Crew Carwash was recognized in Indianapolis Star’s “Top Workplaces 2016,” according to a press release.
Indianapolis Star’s Top Workplaces program recognizes the best companies to work for throughout Indiana, stated the release.
This year’s list featured 90 companies and organizations, reported the release, which were determined through surveys about the workplace completed by their employees.
“The success of our organization starts with our team members, and we are incredibly proud to earn this recognition,” said Bill Dahm, CEO of Crew Carwash, in the release. “This award not only acknowledges our workplace as one of the best in Indiana, but it highlights our continued commitment to our team members and their personal and professional development.”
The carwash chain “prides itself on its reputation for providing outstanding customer service” and for hiring leading talent throughout the state of Indiana, continued the release.
Crew Carwash offers several unique benefits and development programs for part-time and full-time employees, informed the release, which include: a starting wage of $10 per hour for new associates; the opportunity for associates to work their way to management positions through the Crew Carwash Leadership Development Program or its fast-track management program, which takes about 10 months to complete; and the carwash’s Tuition Assistance Program for college, which provides up to $2,500 per year paid directly to the student.
Crew Carwash currently provides close to $100,000 annually in tuition assistance to 100 team members, added the release.
