ALLENTOWN, Pa. — CrossAmerica Partners LP has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the chain of One Stop convenience stores based in Charleston, West Virginia, according to CSPnet.com.

The transaction, reported the article, includes one freestanding and franchised quick-service restaurant (QSR), four commission agent sites, nine dealer fuel-supply agreements and 41 One Stop locations.
Five of the company-operated One Stop locations feature quick-service restaurants, the article continued, and 30 of the company-operated and commission agent sites are “owned fee simple locations.”
