DETAIL PLUS opens centre in Australia

PORTLAND, OR — DETAIL PLUS Car Appearance Systems, which is headed by founder and president, R.L. "Bud" Abraham, has commissioned their newest detail centre in New South Wales, Australia, a press release reported.

The Sept. 2 announcment stated that the four bay/two wash bay center is in conjunction with a self-serve carwash.

Back in February, DETAIL PLUS announced the signing of a multi-year contract with DETAIL PLUS of Saudi Arabia.

The Feb. 26 release stated that the two DETAIL PLUS businesses will work together to distribute their CHEMSPENSE Detailing Systems and other detailing products throughout the entire kingdom, from the Red Sea to the Arabian Gulf. DETAIL PLUS of Saudi Arabia is owned by Bandar Alamer who is involved in various car care and appearance markets. This includes window tinting, invisible film protection and related services.

The new Turbo Tint franchise opened on Jan. 23 and is located in the Mack Dobbs Point Shopping Center at 2953 Cobb Pkwy. NW.
