CLEVELAND — Business firm 5301 Group Partnership LLC, which is based here, wants to convert a former U.S. Army Reserve building in Parma City, into a detail shop, a Sun News story reported.
The May 25 story said in order for that to happen, Parma City has to rezone the property from a single-family residential district to a commercial manufacturing district.
Detailer says location is a benefit to business
According to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office, the firm purchased the site from the U.S. government last month.
The lot covers about 4.6 acres and the building measures at 9,900 square feet.
