WOODBRIDGE, Va.— The Youth Outreach Services facility is not completely done, however, the detail business they’re running opened on March 14, according to a Youth Outreach Services blog post.
The detail services will require no water products to clean the vehicles, which is the reason why the business can operate with the building in its current condition, according to the blog.

The Department Manager, Odell Smith, has named the business Crown Jewel Detailers. The Outreach program will have its first graduate of its “12 Week Job Readiness Mentor Program” work at the detail shop, along with another volunteer.
The plan is to operate a waterless wash on Fridays and Saturdays, and increase the number of days as the renovations are completed. All the money earned at the detailing shop will go to sustaining the program, according to the blog.
