LYNCHBURG, VA — Police are searching for a suspect who completely demolished a carwash here, WSET reported.
The Sept. 18 story stated that at approximately 7 p.m. Monday night, a driver in a white truck pulled into the carwash at Quik-E Convenience Store. As the truck drove through the wash, it ripped the entire carwash system out of the building.
The store manager said in the story that the driver then backed up, pulled the carwash system off of the truck, threw it aside and left. Workers say the damage is estimated at $50,000.
In the surveillance photos found here, it appears that the vehicle was a white work truck pulling a piece of equipment on a trailer.
