DOVER, Del. — According to www.delawareonline.com, Joseph Rivard, 68, was waiting in line at the Westside Car Wash on Forest St. when he pulled out his gun and threatened to shoot a man for cutting in line.
It was a little after 3 p.m. on July 19th when Rivard saw another man pull forward in the line, the article continued.
Believing the other man had cut in front of him, Rivard confronted him and refused to let the man get out of his vehicle, the article noted.
Rivard then went back to his vehicle, took out a revolver and pointed it at the man, the article stated.
Police later determined that Rivard was drunk at the time, the article noted.
Rivard was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing, possession of a firearm, disorderly conduct and driving while intoxicated, the article concluded.
