LAKE FOREST, CA — A 43-year-old man had to be extricated from the Foothill Ranch carwash here when his foot was crushed by the equipment, The Orange County Register reported.
The Nov. 17 story stated that firefighters responded with an engine and heavy rescue unit. The injured employee was cut free from the equipment after he was stuck for about 30 minutes.

After being freed, the employee was transported to Mission Hospital. His injuries were non-life threatening, according to the story.
