POWAY, Calif. — The three Farida brothers have owned Touch of Class Auto Care since 2006, and now they are getting even more hands-on with their business, according to Pomerado News.
Rafi, Rony and Larson Farida have owned several businesses in the area since 1984, but Touch of Class was their first auto care business, said the article.
The carwash is open to the public from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. six days a week, and the lube center opens one hour earlier. The brothers are closed on Sundays so employees can spend time with their families or go to church if they wish, stated the article.
“Everyone needs a day off, and the best way (for us) is to have everyone take the same day off, so we can focus on every customer six days a week,” said Larson Farida, in the office.

Another way the brothers take care of their customers is by offering free exterior carwashes with the $19.99 oil change. Farida says a lot of customers are surprised by this, noted the article.
“We also offer free brake inspection and free minor inspections, without even purchasing anything. Just a quick look, that we offer as a personal touch,” Farida explained in the article.
Employees are also trained, and they use headsets to stay connected.
