HOUSTON — Micoley.com will auction off five area carwashes during its Q2 2015 event on May 30, according to a press release.
The washes are located in Orange, Lumberton, Beaumont, Houston and Bridge City, Texas, noted the article. If no offer is received by May 30, the opening bid for all five together will be $995,000, or they can be purchased separately. The properties are listed at $2,950,000.
The Orange location features six self-serve bays and one automatic bay in addition to four vacuum stations, stated the release. The Lumberton site also includes automatic bays and vacuum stations.

The Beaumont facility has two vacuum stations, and includes excess land currently up for sale, reported the release. The Houston location features a 2,250-square-foot building with two automatic bays and vacuum stations.
The last property, located in Bridge City, contains five self-serve bays, two drive-thru bays and three vacuums, shared the release.
