SANTA FE, NM ― Six former employees of the Squeaky Clean Car Wash here said they still haven't received backpay, or had their jobs reinstated, as ordered by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and now they plan to protest, The New Mexican reported.

The Feb. 25 story said they plan to gather at the carwash on Friday morning.

On Feb. 4, the NLRB ordered the carwash to pay the employees $1,000 and offer them back their jobs by Feb. 22. The Board also said that owner Jay Ritter could no longer threaten employees or reduce their hours or fire them if they participate in union activities.
