CAPISTRANO BEACH, Calif. — Doheny Village Hand Wash hosted Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group’s Annual Marine Car Wash to raise money for the troops, according to a press release.
The annual carwash is one of the main fundraising events held by the support group, stated the release.
The annual event was temporarily put on hold because of the state’s drought, however, Doheny Village Hand Car Wash agreed to host the fundraiser “for the ‘cost’ of a donation,” the release reported.

All proceeds raised will benefit Wounded Warriors as well as the 5th Marine Regiment’s members and their families, noted the release.
