CHICAGO — The Boyd Group Inc. has acquired Fitz Auto Body in Spokane, Washington, which it has now opened under the Gerber Collision & Glass name, according to a press release.
“We are very pleased to add this location in Spokane Valley, which is east of our two locations in Spokane and west of our location in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, which we opened last November,” said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations, in the release. “This secures our position as a leading provider of collision repair centers in the greater Spokane area and provides another local option for our customers and insurance partners in the region.”
