CHICAGO — The acquired collision repair centers previously operated as Twin City Collision Repair and have served the local community for more than 24 years.

CHICAGO — The Boyd Group Inc. announced the opening of two Gerber Collision & Glass locations in Lafayette, Indiana, following a recent acquisition, according to a press release.

The collision repair centers previously operated as Twin City Collision Repair and have served the local community for more than 24 years, stated the release.

“We are very pleased to add these thriving centers to our 13 other locations in Indiana,” said Tim O’Day, president and chief operating officer of Boyd Group’s U.S. operations, in the release. “They establish a presence in the central region of the state and are a great start to meeting our goal to grow single locations by six to 10 percent in 2016.”

Boyd Group continues to look for new collision repair locations to add to its existing network throughout Canada and the U.S., reported the release.

The company, directly and through subsidiaries, operates non-franchised collision repair centers throughout North America, noted the release, with locations within five provinces in Canada under the trade name Boyd Autobody & Glass as well as in 19 states in the U.S. under the trade name Gerber Collision & Glass.
