“I haven’t seen any carwash facility in Covington that caters from a customer service standpoint,” said wash owner Alrick Codner. “I just envisioned what my ideal experience would be like going into a carwash and used that as a guide.” The average cleaning package, notes the article, includes a washing, vacuuming, and a wiping down of the interior, windows, and dash.
The wash was converted from automatic to manual, with one of the former bays becoming a waiting room, with a beverage selection for customers as they wait. Codner’s plan is to provide free Wi-Fi, computers, and digital screens so customers can be updated on the progress of their vehicle as it is being cleaned.

The business, said Codner, which opened on May 9, has seen plenty of repeat customers, and he’s optimistic about its future moving forward.
