NEW YORK — Just like they do with people, photos of cars don’t always tell the full story, according to a Professional Detailing blog post.
The blog offers some tips on the ways to highlight the great work you do when detailing.
The first step is to find an angle that shows off the part of the car that needs to be detailed or fixed and take a picture before doing the job.

It states that the best thing to do next is to take the after pictures from the same angle. Once you have found an angle that will highlight the negative before image, it is only natural that the same angle will illustrate the positive corrections on the after image.
The suggestion is also made not to use touch ups before uploading pictures. These can be misleading to the viewer.
