PHOENIX — Half of the members of Danny’s Car Wash who were arrested on immigration fraud charges have plead guilty, according to station KPHO
In the federal indictment, it is alleged that the carwash fired employees who were illegally in the U.S., and then hired some of them back, knowing they were illegal immigrants. Management is accused of rehiring employees after helping them to obtain fraudulent documents.
Fourteen managers for Danny’s were charged with, “criminal responsibility for engaging in a conspiracy to employ unauthorized aliens.”
