WHAPLODE, ENGLAND — Immigration officials here raided a carwash and arrested three Albanian nationals, the Spalding Guardian reported.
The Oct. 12 story stated that the eastern Europeans were arrested under the suspicion of illegally entering the country without a passport. The men were taken to an immigration center to possibly be deported.

Residents in the area mistook the immigration officials for police. Sgt. Stuart Hurst said it was understandable that the officials would have been mistaken for police officers.
“They would have been in unmarked cars, but the uniform is very similar to the police’s,” Hurst said in the story.
