Rick B. was chosen by Stoner as the winner of this month's before-and-after detailing showcase. Rick, owner of Auto Medic, demonstrated his skills and experitise in removing spots and stains with these photos of a door's interior.

Detailers can submit before-and-after pictures at www.DetailingDirect.com/beforeandafter to enter this monthly showcase and prize giveaway sponsored by Stoner. Each week Stoner reviews the online detailing submissions and selects the most impressive set of before-and-after images. At the end of each month, a detailer is selected from the weekly winners to receive $100 worth of Stoner detailing products and a showcase in the pages of Professional Carwashing and Detailing.

Today, there are over 285 million registered vehicles in the U.S. According to a study from IHS Markit, the average age of these vehicles in 2020 is 11.9 years old, which is a one-month-older increase from 2019. In addition, as noted on www.caranddriver.com, new vehicles only made up 6.1% of vehicles on the road last year, and IHS Markit expects this mark to be closer to 5% this year after the research is dissected.
