ZION, ILL — Nick Gianaris, owner of Anna’s Marketplace, has bought a convenience store that was built but never opened.
The Lake County News-Sun reports that the location will feature 10 gas pumps, grocery items, check cashing services and food in addition to the touch free “environmentally friendly” carwash.
“For the first month we’ll be giving a free car wash to every customer who buys gas, as well as free soda to every customer who buys gas,” Gianaris said in the story. “And we’ll be giving away samples of our sandwiches.”
Gianaris is the CEO of the Kaloco Oil Company which formed in 1987.
