GALESBURG, Ill. — Local businessman Mark Kleine plans to open a new carwash in Galesburg, according to Galesburg.com.
Super Clean Car Wash is scheduled to open around November, the article stated.
The location will feature a 110-foot tunnel that quickly washes and dries cars, continued the article.
“It has the capacity to do up to 100 cars per hour, hence no waiting in line for long periods of time,” said Kleine in the article. “The wash is managed by one person that will instruct you to pull up to the point on the conveyor where the wash will start to pull you through.”
Depending on the wash option selected, prices will range from $5 to $13, continued the article, and customers can also pay a monthly fee for an RFID chip to wash their cars as often as desired.
According to WGIL, $2 million is being invested in the site, the article reported, and the wash plans to employ a team of two full-time and five to six part-time staff members.
