FULLERTON, Calif. — A man who was found dead in a carwash bay on Wednesday is believed to have died of natural causes, according to the Orange County Register.
He was found around 2 p.m. at the bay of a coin-operated wash, said John Siko of the Fullerton police.

The officer said in the article that there were no signs of trauma. An autopsy is forthcoming, and the man’s name is being withheld until the family is notified of the death.
