KILLEEN, TX — A man grabbed money out of a cash register at Zip Car Wash here and fled on foot, according to an OurTown Texas story.
The April 30 story said the man had apparently been sitting in the carwash lobby for about 10 minutes. He then approached the carwash clerk and asked for change for $1. When the cash register was open, he slapped the clerk's hand and grabbed the money and then took off.

The theft took place around 2 p.m. on Monday.
