Moo Moo Express named 2019 Clintonville Chamber’s Business of the Year
COLUMBUS, Ohio —Moo Moo Express Car Wash has been recognized as the 2019 Clintonville Chamber Business of the Year, according to a press release.
The Clintonville Moo, located at 5160 North High St. in Columbus, opened in January 2016 as the company’s ninth Central Ohio location, the release continued.
Moo Moo Express was honored for its positive impact on the Clintonville community at the 19th annual Celebrate Clintonville event, held February 28, 2019, the release noted.
“We are proud to be recognized for our continued commitment to improving the local communities in which we operate,” said John Roush, CEO of Express Wash Concepts and founding partner of Moo Moo Express Car Wash. “This award recognition is proof that our customers take note [of] and appreciate our excellent customer and community service initiatives, and we look forward to being a Central Ohio business leader for many years to come.”
The Moo is instrumental in consistently supporting local community organizations and events, the release added; for instance, in 2018, the company donated thousands of dollars, carwashes and gift cards to Clintonville-area organizations and events, including the Clintonville Car Show & Cruise-In; the Clintonville Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing, Christmas Luncheon and Student Citizen Breakfast; and Clintonville Area Schools.
The company’s onsite Clintonville staff also actively supports environmental efforts and participates in local environmental clean-ups surrounding the business and nearby areas, the release stated.
Finally, the Clintonville staff is regularly recognized by patrons for outstanding customer service and support, according to the release.
Moo Moo Express currently operates in 15 Central Ohio communities, and one additional location in Newark is currently under construction and scheduled to open in mid-March 2019, the release concluded.

The enhanced design of the new website introduces a series of helpful features such as an expansive resource library, technical guides and training videos, the release noted.

GC Valves launches revamped website
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — GC Valves, LLC, a DEMA-owned manufacturer of solenoid and dispensing valves for the carwash, food manufacturing, water quality, energy and healthcare markets, has launched an enhanced website (www.gcvalves.com) providing quicker access and a more streamlined home page, according to a press release.
The GC Valves website has been revamped into a more simplified, informative and cleaner design, providing a better overall user experience for customers to easily find product information for the carwash, water quality, misting, food and beverage, energy, healthcare, special effects, process temperature controls and cryogenics markets, the release continued.
The top navigation menu is easily organized into just five sections for customers to readily scan and view information by products, applications, support, and DEMA industrial products, the release noted.
The products page provides product names with clear images (including a magnifiable view option) and corresponding model numbers that can be sorted, the release added.
Types of applications are given with valve images, a summary and search feature so customers can find the best-fitting valve for their needs, the release concluded.
