SONNY’S The CarWash Factory announces partnership with Car Wash Services of the Southeast

TAMARAC, Fla.SONNY’S Enterprises, LLC announced a partnership with Car Wash Services of the Southeast Inc. (CWSSE), in a move that will elevate the level of consulting services SONNY’S will provide to its distributors and clients across the country, according to a press release.

Founded over 50 years ago, CWSSE delivers a turn-key solution from initial site evaluation and system design to installation, maintenance, chemistry and marketing support to clients in the five-state region it serves, the release continued.

The company will continue to be managed by the same management team, led by CEO Zeev Josman, the release added.

“What you have to understand about Zeev, and his entire team, is that they are not just SONNY’S largest distributor — a title they’ve held for over a decade — but they’ve made it their life’s work to help clients become more profitable — to provide the consultation and services to guide new investors to success, and help existing clients take it to the next level,” says Paul Fazio, CEO, SONNY’S Enterprises, LLC. “Day-to-day, nothing is going to change at CWSSE. The only thing that’s new, is that by coming under SONNY’S umbrella, our entire client base can now benefit from the knowledge and expertise this group has leveraged so spectacularly to support carwash business owners’ growth for generations.”

CWSSE Zeev Josman stated, “Our initial conversations centered only on an exchange of knowledge, but as we got deeper into all the opportunities to collaborate and how quickly we wanted to get everything done, common sense pointed to a more formal partnership. Now, with Sonny’s backing, we’ll be able to add the necessary resources to simultaneously improve our ongoing operation and offerings to our clients while contributing our expertise and hands-on client feedback to help the Sonny’s team further drive their clients’ success.”

Fazio continued, “SONNY’S has no interest in changing our distribution model or even interfering with CWSSE’s daily operation. Zeev’s team has developed a set of best practices that have been proven to add more value and profit for their clients. Our goal is to package those practices as a set of tools all our Select Service Organizations (SSOs) can use in the field. Once our clients start to see some of the innovations in training, programs and services that will come from it, I think they’ll agree that once again we have helped them become even more successful.”

Jacksons Express to gives out free washes on July 4th

PEORIA, Ariz. — Jacksons Car Wash, a community-minded company of patriotic people, loves our country and enjoys celebrating the Fourth of July in a big way every year, according to a press release.

Due to the sizzling temperatures in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, on the Fourth of July, residents tend to watch outdoor fireworks from the comfort of their air-conditioned cars, the release continued.

This means that car owners in the valley will be looking to ensure that their vehicles are nice and clean for their carload of friends and family members while they celebrate Independence Day, the release noted.

This year, the local carwash wants to thank its loyal Peoria customers and celebrate the freedoms we are so lucky to have by providing free carwashes on the Fourth of July, in addition to distributing hand-held American flags to the drivers of the first 500 cars who take advantage of the free carwash offer, the release stated.

Jacksons Express Wash in Peoria has 30 free vacuums, free car-mat cleaning machines and free compressed air tools to blow out excess dust and water; in addition, this express wash has one of the most upgraded carwash tunnels in town, with 120 horsepower dryers and the latest advancements in carwash chemistry, the release concluded.

First eastern Costco carwash planned for Tennessee

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — According to, the Brentwood Planning Commission approved plans for the local Costco to build its own carwash.

If Costco goes through with the plans, it would be one of the only locations in the nation and the first one in the eastern U.S. to have its own carwash, the article stated.

The automatic carwash would be a 3,200-square-foot facility located next to the gas pumps, allowing customers who use the gas to easily get their cars washed, the article noted, and will clean and dry the car for $7.99.

“This is the first of its kind in this part of the country,” Chris Ferko, a consultant for Costco and engineer at Barghausen Consulting Engineers, said. “Costco is real excited to be able to bring this service to its members out here. It’s something they have found has been very much appreciated and well-liked by its members that use the carwashes at those other locations.”

When the commission asked how much water the carwash would use, it was explained that the other carwashes use approximately 60 gallons per car, averaging about 30,000 gallons per day; however, Costco carwashes use a water reclamation system that can recycle almost 65 percent of their water, meaning that about 19,000 gallons are discharged into the sewer systems.

Costco currently has 10 carwashes at stores in California, Arizona, Washington and Idaho, the article concluded.
