The donation will support the creation of sustainable, affordable homes for low-income families in the U.S., stated the release.

MaxLite has supported the charity since 2013 through donations to Habitat’s Home Builders Blitz and Habitat ReStore resale outlets, noted the release. The outlets are nonprofits that sell home improvement goods at a fraction of the retail price.

“MaxLite is proud to show its support of Habitat for Humanity by extending our commitment to four years,” said MaxLite CEO Yon Sung in the release. “We are grateful for their partnership and the difference they are making in improving the lives of families in need of affordable housing.”

MaxLite employees will also participate in a team build day to aid in the construction of the homes, reported the release.
