WEST CALDWELL, N.J. — MaxLite has pledged $1 million over four years to provide energy-efficient LED and CFL lamps and fixtures for Habitat for Humanity, according to a press release.
The donation will support the creation of sustainable, affordable homes for low-income families in the U.S., stated the release.
MaxLite has supported the charity since 2013 through donations to Habitat’s Home Builders Blitz and Habitat ReStore resale outlets, noted the release. The outlets are nonprofits that sell home improvement goods at a fraction of the retail price.
