SEVERNA PARK, Md. — The Mid-Atlantic Carwash Association will sponsor the Wash to Save the Bay program to support the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF), according to a press release.
On Saturday, June 6, carwashes in the region will donate a portion of sales to the organization, noted the release.

More than 50 washes participated in the 2014 event, stated the release. They raised $10,000.
According to its website, CBF works to save the Chesapeake Bay “through education, advocacy, litigation and restoration.”
