COLUMBUS & DAYTON, Ohio—Moo Moo Express and Flying Ace Express have entered into a strategic investment partnership with Wildcat Capital Management, according to a press release. The investment will enable Moo Moo and Flying Ace to continue to build success, and further accelerate growth and expansion into new Ohio-based markets, the release continued.

As a result of the transaction, Moo Moo and Flying Ace will join under a newly formed parent company named Express Wash Concepts, the release stated. Moo Moo Founder and Managing Partner, John Roush, will serve as the CEO of Express Wash Concepts, while Flying Ace Co-Founders Dan Eisenhauer and Jeff Gilger will assume the roles of vice president of operations and vice president of development, respectively, according to the release.

Moo Moo and Flying Ace operate a total of 16 locations with additional washes planned for 2018, the release stated.
