New company helps struggling retail businesses meet financial goals

BURR RIDGE, Ill. — The business will assist in the reorganization of the legal, ownership, operational or other structures.

BURR RIDGE, Ill. — Retail Management Services (RMS) has launched nationwide, according to a press release. The company offers solutions to troubled retail chains.

RMS provides best practices to create successful succession plans for short or long term needs in order to help companies achieve financial goals, said the release.

To accomplish its goal, the company provides a team of veterans with experience in the petroleum, convenience stores, automotive repair, QSR, rental car, towing, body shop and other retail industries, noted the release.

President Michael Zielinski said in the release that retail chains’ ability to stay financially successful is more important now than ever.

“Whether a retail chain can overcome internal and/or external financial pressures will determine their ability to stay financially accountable to their lender,” he continued in the release. “When they cannot, we can provide that leadership and expert adjustments to that chain’s business model in order to bring that chain back to a viable business venture."

The principals of RMS have a combined experience of over 50 years in the retail arena by operating chains of 1 to 50 stores simultaneously, stated the release.
