Not all is ‘ducky’ for this carwash owner

PALM BEACH, FL — A dispute has erupted over a neighborhood association and Rubber Ducky Car Wash's "human" signs.

PALM BEACH, FL — The owner of the Rubber Ducky Car Wash here has apparently gotten into a dispute with South End Neighborhood Association board member Gail Levine and it all has to do with his human signs, The Palm Beach Post reported.

The Nov. 20 story said carwash Owner Gary Weston’s use of marketing — in which humans hold up signs outside of his carwash — was called into question by the Association which is unsure of whether Weston was obeying the city’s signage regulations.

In retaliation, Weston had one of his human signs set up outside of Levine’s home.

The city says Weston’s been belligerent to code enforcers. Weston says the city can’t agree on its own rules. – See more at: http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/westpalmbeat/2013/11/ducky-spat-emerges-over-human-signs/#sthash.EzYNjLsC.dpuf
