TRENTON, NJ — The Northeast Regional Carwash Convention (NRCC) has partnered with a trade show management company which will run its annual show held in Atlantic City in the fall, a press release reported.

The Dec. 26 release stated that Public Strategies Impact (PSI) is a government relations, public affairs and association management firm located in Trenton.

Walt Hartl, New York State Car Wash Association (NYSCWA) president and the 2014 host association co-chairperson, stated in the press release, "Since the very first NRCC in Newport 25 years ago, our mission has been to continually work to raise the bar and deliver the best trade show and education sessions possible. As a result of record-breaking vendor exhibits and growing show attendance, the board felt it was time to elevate the NRCC to the next level, but still keep our approachable, intimate feel. PSI can help us do just that."

Patricia Brewer, associate director of Meetings & Convention Management, and Laura Slomka, event manager, will spearhead the NRCC management team. "PSI is proud to be working with the Northeast Regional Carwash Convention, bringing our specialized association management skillset and expertise to help facilitate the upcoming event," Brewer stated in the release. “PSI has a long and successful history of helping trade associations to grow their businesses, enhance their meetings, and organize logistical arrangements for various conventions and trade shows. We believe that this will be a mutually successful partnership.”

The 2014 NRCC is scheduled for Sept. 15-17 at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and the keynote speaker will be Robert H. Benmosche, president and CEO of American International Group (AIG).
