MIAMI — Master Carwash LLC, managed by Edgar Halac, recently sold for $12 million, according to South Florida Business Journal.
Managed by Brett David, 142 Realty purchased the carwash, stated the article, which is located in North Miami Beach.
The property is 1.7 acres and has a 17,974-square-foot wash facility and service station, reported the article.
The site last sold in 2003 for $3.09 million, the article noted.
