HOBOKEN, NJ — A car thief jumped into a Maserati as it was being dried at Riverfront Carwash here, nj.com reported.
The Nov. 14 story stated the vehicle’s owner was standing with his girlfriend waiting as attendants finished drying his 2008 Maserati GT. As the owner looked on, a man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt jumped into the driver’s seat and drove away.
Thief’s plans all wet after self-serve spray down
As the thief sped away, he struck one of the employees with the vehicle. The worker rolled over on the hood, but reports indicate he was not seriously injured.
