WESTON, Wis. — When completed, David Pilsch's new business will feature a small-scale sales and detailing operation, according to the Wasau Daily Herald.
The business has plans to rent a 1,960-square foot space for its operations. The space was recently purchased by Matthew Gilbertson, a former co-worker of Pilsch, said the article.
Pilsch had been looking for a new location for his company when the opportunity to occupy the space came up, noted the article.

In the article, Gilbertson said, “I know he'd take care of the property. That's always the issue with renters.”
The area is zoned for manufacturing and warehousing, so the business will need approval of a conditional use permit. The Weston Plan Commission has recommended the permit be approved, stated the article.
The vote for approval of the plans could go to a vote Oct. 13, reported the article.
