PORTAGE, Wis. — Portage has approved a carwash at a BP gas station, and the owners, Jim and Jon Crawford, plan on making it a fun place to clean your vehicle, according to the Portage Daily Register.
The wash was approved by the Plan Commission in a vote of 6-0.

Jon Crawford said this would not be the typical wash, and that it would be more flashy and fun, the article noted. “It is just a really cool carwash,” he said.
The plan is to begin the project after Labor Day, according to the Crawfords, to not interrupt the summer business, which is a busy time for gas stations.
