Ryko launches redesigned website to enhance customer experience

GRIMES, Iowa — Ryko announced the launch of its revamped website, www.ryko.com, designed to enhance customer experience and streamline different processes, according to a press release.

The recently redesigned site offers quick, easy access to information about all Ryko’s product and service offerings, stated the release.

“We are excited about the recent launch of the all new website and the great deal of information that is available for both current and potential customers,” said Mike Gillen, CEO of National Carwash Solutions (NCS), in the release. “The new site allows us to offer access to any information our customers may need, whether it’s on their computer, a tablet or a mobile device.”

The redesigned site makes it simple for new customers to research equipment and to gain access to financing in two clicks, reported the release.

Ryko and Ascentium recently announced a partnership to make it even easier for prospective carwash owners to get into the business, added the release, “while offering affordable and customized finance options for Ryko’s state-of-the art managed carwash products, services and technologies.”

For existing Ryko customers, informed the release, the website provides all information regarding carwash products and services in two to three clicks so customers can easily and quickly access the information they need.

With a contact feature on every page, stated the release, Ryko’s refreshed website offers the ability for customers to easily contact a representative if they have any questions.

The Ryko brand offers friction and touchless in-bay automatic carwash systems to both national and international markets, noted the release, and in addition to providing wash equipment, the brand has 250 locally based technicians throughout the U.S. to provide “fast response time to minimize machine downtime.”
