Site Selection and Design: Visibility and accessibility

AKRON, Ohio — What do you think are the two most important factors in selecting the best site?

AKRON, Ohio — In this week’s video on site selection and design, Editorial Director Rich DiPaolo discusses visibility and accessibility.

Although you need to take such factors as the area’s median income and the local competition into account, DiPaolo adds, “While these are important areas to consider when selecting the ideal carwash site, they are not the two most important, according to the experts I speak with.”

The two most important factors, DiPaolo says, are in fact visibility and accessibility.
