SACRAMENTO – A carwash employee lost control of the Ford Explorer he was driving Friday, crashing into a nearby business and injuring six people, according to the Sacramento Bee.
The Bubbles Car Wash employee was moving the car from the wash area and into the drying area when he lost control of the vehicle, according to the article.
One person sustained critical injuries and five others were taken to local hospitals.
Another person sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene, according to the article.
The Explorer hit a vehicle being dried by four other employees before it struck S&G Carpet and More.
It then continued back into the carwash parking lot where it hit a parked vehicle and a pole, according to the article.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
