JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. — Town officials have agreed to let convenience stores offer customers samples of craft beers before purchasing them, according to CSPnet.com.
Roadrunner convenience stores requested the law change, noted the article. C-stores can now provide up to three two-ounce samples of its frequently changing craft beer selections.
The chain will include beer stations called Chuggernaut growlers in its newer stores, stated the article.

The legislation was opposed by some residents, reported the article, but it passed by a two-to-one vote.
Other companies like Plug In & Pour, a beer vending machine business, have also taken an interest in the c-store market, shared the release. Plug In & Pour has partnered with iPourIt, which will supply the company with brew-dispensing hardware.
