DE PERE, Wis. — PDQ Manufacturing has released an update to its Wash Access Loyalty System (WALS) allowing drivers to sign up for unlimited subscription wash programs at the entrance of a carwash, according to a press release.
Customers can pay for the service through recurring billing cycles, said the release.

“This type of program provides a certain amount of monthly revenue for the wash operator while allowing easy transactions for the wash customer,” said Brian Garavaglia, business development manager for PDQ Manufacturing, in the release.
Since its introduction in 2003, more than 1.2 million members have enrolled in WALS. The program helps build customer loyalty programs for carwashes, noted the release.
The program includes an e-commerce member portal that allows customers to register and/or purchases washes on the Internet, as well as manage their account, stated the release.
