Sharing your content multiple times is important to reach maximum engagement, notes the blog. There are numerous reasons why people might not see your initial post. On Facebook, your content only extends to a small portion of your entire audience, usually under 20 percent. On Twitter, many people are seeing so many messages that they don’t view each one.

It’s also important to take account of when you post, as a post early in the morning in New York isn’t likely to be seen by someone living in Los Angeles. Also, people view social media at different points in the day, and if you're only posting at a certain time, you're missing out on connecting with part of your audience. Repackaging the same message throughout the day can improve your visibility.

Picking two different headlines to run for a post, and then analyzing which one generated more results, the blog states, is one way of determining how to deliver your message to your audience.
