CLARKSVILLE, TN — The Screaming Eagle Express Car Washes have been granted green certification by Clarksville-Montgomery County, The Leaf Chronicle reported.
The Nov. 6 story said the washes reuse more than 80 percent of the water used and both facilities were built with the environment in mind.
Carwash Manager Mark Boone said in the story, “We use natural light rather than having all the lights on during the day and we look for opportunities to recycle and reuse the 30 gallon plastic containers.”
The carwashes also refrain from using harsh chemicals.
