GLEMSFORD, England — The owner of a used car lot in Seekars, Jules Simpson, is looking to turn the lot into a carwash, according to the Suffolk Free Press.
However, the plan has run into some roadblocks along the way. “We are hoping to turn [the lot] into a carwash but permission is taking a while,” said Simpson.

The lot hasn’t been used in recent weeks, but Simpson said that while he is waiting on permission to turn the lot into a wash, he will be using it to sell used cars.
