BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Fall generally evokes an image of colored leaves swirling on the winds of cool, crisp autumnal temperatures.
For some of the country, that hasn’t quite been the case yet.
Most of the country is experiencing higher-than-usual temperatures during this fall season, and according to an article on weather.com, the numbers across the board going into November are beginning to break records.
These warmer temperatures have been a boon for some businesses, but especially for carwashes.
The South especially has been hit with a warm fall, and a news article on tristatehomepage.com illustrates the benefits this warmer weather is having on one carwash in particular: Speed-e Kleen in Henderson, Kentucky.
“Weather feels great to the workers and the customers. When the sun is out, it always helps business,” said Jonathan Marrero. “Right now it’s Nov. 2nd, but if I didn’t know any better, I’d think it was July 2nd, you know? It just makes everything great.”
