Video of the week: Brush takes employee for a spin

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A carwash employee hosing down the walls gets reeled in by a wrap.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — One safety adage that all pertinent carwashes should abide by is to never spray down the walls while the brushes are running.

In this video, the consequences of doing so speak for themselves.

This Facebook video, posted by Sean Ceballos and featured on www.speedsociety.com, shows a carwash employee spraying down a carwash tunnel while the brushes are running.

The hose to his pressure washer gets tangled in a wrap, and the employee is reeled into the brush, which traps him and takes him for a spin.

At one point, he even loses his shoes.

Through hard work, excellent customer service and strict attention to detail, Fery’s modest business grew every summer until he attended college at the University of Denver. During Fery’s college years, his younger brother, Dominick, headed the mobile detailing company.
